For industrial manufacturers

You don't need more marketing. You need a growth system.

You have the products, the reputation, and probably some marketing already. What's usually missing is the system that connects it all to revenue: visibility, capture, follow-up, and numbers that tell you what's working. I'm Jay Weeks, fractional marketing leader for a small roster of privately held manufacturers. I build that system with you.

What I keep finding

A strong product, a good reputation,
and buyers who can't find you.

You have a strong product, a solid reputation, and a business worth building. Growth still feels harder than it should, not because sales is failing, but because there's no system behind it. Three patterns I keep finding, from real audits:

The 30x visibility gap

One client's three competitors had 30 times their organic traffic combined. The products weren't worse. The content was thinner. And here's the part that matters: the competitors' content was thin too. In most industrial niches, nobody has claimed the ground yet.

The quote black hole

A client found years of quotes sitting open in their system. Hundreds. No follow-up process, no record of why anything was won or lost. When they started calling, buyers thanked them for jogging their memory. The revenue was in the pipeline the whole time.

The website dead end

One audit found nearly half of all traffic landing on 404 pages. The site looked fine on the surface. The numbers underneath were bleeding, and because nobody owned the lead number, nobody noticed. That's the real problem, and it's fixable.

The result: inconsistent pipeline, missed opportunities, and slower growth than the business is capable of.

The system your growth runs on.

Industrial Growth System™

The Industrial Growth System aligns your visibility, conversion, and sales execution into one connected revenue engine, and every diagnostic, roadmap, and engagement I run is built on it.

How I work

One system. Three steps.

Every engagement runs on the Industrial Growth System, the framework I've built and refined across every manufacturer I work with. No reinventing. No 90 days of "learning your business."

1

Diagnostic

A three-week written assessment of where growth is constrained, run across the same five pillars as the Growth Score, so you know exactly what's broken and what it's costing you.

2

Roadmap

A prioritized plan in revenue language. The three moves that matter most, sequenced, with the numbers behind each one, written so your team can actually run it.

3

Embedded execution

Advisory if your team can run it, fractional if I'm leading, and weekly working meetings either way, which clients tell me is the part they'd never give up.

Who you're working with

I didn't start in marketing. I started on the road.

My career started as an outside sales rep for five furniture manufacturers. I carried the samples, walked the trade show floors, and sold millions of dollars of product face to face. What stuck with me wasn't the selling. It was the making.

I've spent nearly two decades since working inside manufacturers, from precision optics to specialty tools to battery systems, and because I work across many companies at once while each owner sees only their own, pattern recognition ends up being most of the value I bring.

If we work together, I'm the person in your Monday meeting, the one reading your pipeline, and the one you call when something's off. There's no account team behind me, and that's the point.

What changes

What running a growth system feels like.

The point of all of it, in four before-and-afters from real engagements.

From guessing to knowing

You'll know how many leads came in last month, where they came from, and what they turned into. Most owners I meet can't answer any of the three.

From chaos to control

Quotes get followed up and leads get owned, because your pipeline lives in a system instead of in inboxes, and you approve direction, not every deliverable.

From invisible to found

Buyers, and the AI tools they now use, start finding you, because your content and your data finally give them something to find.

From stalled to compounding

Rankings, content, and channel relationships build on each other. The work you do this quarter is still producing next year.

The front door

Start with the Industrial Growth Diagnostic.

A three-week written assessment of where your growth is constrained, with a prioritized roadmap to fix it. The investment is $5,000, and if we keep working together, the fee credits toward your first month.

  • Your scored assessment across all five pillars: intelligence, visibility, conversion, demand, and execution
  • Visibility and positioning review against your named competitors
  • Systems audit covering your CRM, tracking, and quote follow-up
  • Pipeline review with your revenue leaks quantified

Growth Scorecard

Where you stand on the four dimensions that decide whether marketing produces revenue.

Competitor Gap Map

The keyword and content ground your competitors hold, and the ground nobody has claimed yet.

Systems Audit

What your CRM, tracking, and follow-up process are actually doing. Usually less than anyone thinks.

Prioritized Roadmap

The sequence of moves, in revenue language, that your team or mine can start executing week one.

Let's talk about your business.

Twenty minutes, you and me. I'll share what I'm seeing across the manufacturers I work with, and if there's a fit, I'll tell you what working together looks like. If there isn't, you'll leave with something useful anyway.
